Susie Dent is a lexicographer, etymologist, and media personality that’s been on Channel 4’s “Countdown” since the early ’90s. His consistent appearance on the game show has led to her earning a $7-million fortune. Of course, the Princeton University graduate also has other shows on her resume like “8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown” and “House of Games.”
In 2019, Dent launched “Something Rhymes With Purple,” the podcast that she co-hosts with Gyles Brandreth. Although she’s a millionaire, the Surrey-born celeb still walks the youngest of her two daughters to school every day, as she shared with Hello! Magazine.
