Whether trying to impress someone, posing for Instagram, or just the after-effects of too much caffeine-fueled pre-workout smoothie, we’ve all been there trying to flex our muscles at the gymnasium and lift much more than we are ordinarily capable of.

This gentleman, however, seems to have taken leg day to a whole other level. The additional weights on his leg press machine are really far too many even to count easily. But perhaps most impressively, the ease on his face suggests this isn’t his first time trying this unique routine. Let’s just hope his calf muscles were able to recover from this.
