Incorporating our healthy lifestyle into our everyday routines can be very taxing. It takes a toll, especially when we’re new to it. Some may find themselves slacking at work, but this woman decided to get some shut-eye in the gymnasium instead. It is perhaps the only way she could’ve added this to her daily routine.
