It seems like this guy added everything he could in one go. He didn’t want to waste precious time, so he got all his workouts in simultaneously. Not only is he lifting heavy weights, but he is also squatting as his friend watches, impressed at the brave man’s balancing prowess.
Squats are known to help build lower body strength, but to make matters more ridiculous, he’s doing all this on top of dumbbells placed vertically on the floor. We didn’t know it was possible to do all this at once, and we didn’t know that someone would even try it until today. Thank you, sir.
