There’s nothing like having the love of our life giving us that additional boost we need to achieve more reps in the gymnasium. This couple seems to have their workout routines sorted. Our best guess is that the girlfriend also happens to be the guy’s personal trainer.
While this equation may work out for the couple in question, some may argue that it can actually be pretty distracting to train with your partner. The gym is a sanctuary for many people and a place where they prefer to be left entirely alone to focus on their physical and mental well-being.
