It is challenging to have such a classic beginning as the British actor and singer Leonard Whiting had when he stepped into acting, playing Romeo in the 1968 version of ‘Romeo And Juliet.’ This role proved to be the golden key that unlocked the doors to fame and success, earning him a ‘Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actor.’
Whiting has a magical voice which earned him a spot to perform the lead vocals of the song ‘The Raven.’ He also voiced a character in the children’s animated series ‘The Dreamstone’ for three seasons. In addition, the actor featured in the 2015 film ‘Social Suicide’ and continues to work hard.
