Ryan Seacrest has built a successful career as a TV personality and radio host amassing an incredible $450-million personal fortune. His massive earnings allowed him to drop $11.5 million in 2006 to buy a luxe Mediterranean home. Seacrest decided to let go of the Hollywood place in 2010, listing it for $14.95 million. However, when the 8,172-square-foot home wouldn’t sell, he decided to take it off the market. Once again, he listed the mansion in 2012 asking for a much lower price of $11.985 million. Unfortunately, Seacrest made a loss on the sale – getting $11 million for the five-bedroom, four-bath mansion.
