A lot of you know actor Michael Richards for playing Cosmo Kramer in the popular sitcom, Seinfeld. During the ’90s, he owned a simple house in Studio City that had this whole ranch vibe to it. It was about 2,770 square feet and came with three bedrooms. He eventually decided to sell it and got $810K in return. The place went through upgrades in decors and furniture over the years. A new owner moved into the place earlier in 2019 after buying it for $2.15 million. Richard still acts to this day and last appeared in the 2019 movie Faith, Hope & Love.
