This beautiful 1931 Mediterranean style house once belonged to Bryce Dallas Howard and her husband Seth Gabel. Bryce had originally bought the deluxe house for $2.9 million in 2006. Other than the breathtaking views the house provides, it also has a formal dining room, an office, a wine cellar, and even a sauna! The couple first listed the house in 2010 but soon took it off the market. It wasn’t until 2013, shortly after having their second child, when they listed it again and managed to get $2.455 million for it. It’s lower than what they shelled out for it, but that’s probably not a big deal for the Jurassic World star!
