She gave birth to her first child, launched a swimwear line, and put up their Pacific Palisades house for sale with an asking price of $4.995 million! Conrad and her husband, William Tell, managed to sell the house—which they purchased for $1.4M—shortly after for $4.7 million. The Mediterranean-style house takes up 5,900 square feet and consists of five bedrooms, 5-and-a-half bathrooms, two terraces, and an outside fire pit. It’s also decorated with rustic touches. Conrad just announced in April 2019 via Instagram that she’s pregnant with their second child.
